Who we are

This policy is issued by Pulsis Technology Holdings ("Pulsis", "we", "us"). It applies to the public website at pulsis.co and to the Get Access form on that site.

Pulsis provides behavioral interpretation. It does not forecast, recommend, or evaluate investment strategies or outcomes. This policy is about information practices, not about the product.

What we collect

If you use Get Access, we collect the name and work email you enter, the firm name if you choose to give it, the interest you select (White paper, Demo, Partnership, or All of the Above), which page the form was on, and the time of submission.

The site also receives ordinary technical data that a browser sends when it loads a page, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not ask for a password, payment details, or a home address on this site.

How we use it

We use Get Access submissions to send the white paper when that is what you asked for, to follow up on a conversation or partnership request, and to keep a record of who contacted us.

We use technical data to operate, secure, and understand traffic on the site. We do not provide investment advice. We do not provide financial advice.

How we share it

Submissions are sent to our customer relationship platform so the Pulsis team can respond. That provider processes the information on our instructions and must not use it for its own marketing.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we transfer the business and the receiving party agrees to protect it in line with this policy.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Retention

We keep Get Access records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep an ordinary business record, and then we delete or anonymise them unless the law requires a longer period.

Cookies

This public site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics tag. If that changes, we will update this policy before any such tag is added.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal duty to keep a record. Use Get Access on this site and say that your request is about privacy.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar rights, you may also have the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children

The site is for institutional and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version.
